Management Team

RenderX management team brings a wealth of experience in various fields, all contributing to the success of the organization.

Roman Kagarlitsky, Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Kagarlitsky is a private investor and the CEO of RenderX. Kagarlitsky started his career in the U.S. as an analog engineer at KarKar Electronics, followed by several positions at HP Labs (Agilent) After HP Labs, he pursued various entrepreneurial and investment opportunities. In 1996 he co-founded Pluris, a terabit-router company, where he was interim CEO, angel-funded initial development, created the business plan, raised private and additional angel funds and later brought in venture capital firms. Kagarlitsky also funded Optoelectronic Components and the GaAs/III-V Process Design Company.

Mr. Kagarlitsky received his MS in Electrical Engineering and BS in Mechanical Science in the former USSR.

Kevin Brown, Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Mr. Brown has over twenty years of experience in the information technology and management industry. Prior to RenderX, Brown was senior vice president of sales and marketing for Lightspeed Interactive, a start-up XML content management company. While at Lightspeed, Mr. Brown led several acquisitions and developed marketing strategies in XML content management and delivery. Brown has also held management positions at Xerox/Chrystal Software, Texcel Research and EDS.

Mr. Brown graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Mathematics. Mr. Brown also holds a Masters Degree in Nuclear Engineering Design from the U.S. Navy's nuclear design facility in Schenectady, NY.

Hugh O'Boyle, Corporate Counsel

Mr. O'Boyle has served as a senior legal counsel at numerous companies, including Wells Fargo Bank, Pacific Stock Exchange, Homegain.com, Downey Savings, Four Star Financial Services and Mortgage Service America. He also served as a Branch Chief at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
