RenderX management team brings a wealth of experience in various fields, all contributing to the success of the organization.

Roman Kagarlitsky, Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Kagarlitsky is a private investor and the CEO of RenderX. Kagarlitsky started his career in the U.S. as an analog engineer at KarKar Electronics, followed by several positions at HP Labs (Agilent). After HP Labs, he pursued various entrepreneurial and investment opportunities. In 1996 he co-founded Pluris, a terabit-router company, where he was interim CEO, angel-funded initial development, created the business plan, raised private and additional angel funds and later brought in venture capital firms. Kagarlitsky also funded Optoelectronic Components and the GaAs/III-V Process Design Company.

Mr. Kagarlitsky received his MS in Electrical Engineering and BS in Mechanical Science in the former USSR.
