RenderX management team brings a wealth of experience in
various fields, all contributing to the success of the
organization.
|
|
Roman Kagarlitsky, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Kagarlitsky is a private investor and the CEO of
RenderX. Kagarlitsky started his career in the U.S. as an analog
engineer at KarKar Electronics, followed by several positions at HP Labs (Agilent)
After HP Labs, he pursued various entrepreneurial and
investment opportunities. In 1996 he co-founded Pluris, a terabit-router
company, where he was interim CEO, angel-funded initial
development, created the business plan, raised private and additional angel
funds and later brought in venture capital firms. Kagarlitsky also funded
Optoelectronic Components and the GaAs/III-V Process Design Company.
Mr. Kagarlitsky received his MS in Electrical Engineering and BS in Mechanical Science in the
former USSR.

Kevin Brown, Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Mr. Brown has over twenty years of experience in the
information technology and management industry. Prior to
RenderX, Brown was senior vice president of sales and marketing
for Lightspeed Interactive, a start-up XML content management
company. While at Lightspeed, Mr. Brown led several acquisitions
and developed marketing strategies in XML content management and
delivery. Brown has also held management positions at
Xerox/Chrystal Software, Texcel Research and EDS.
Mr. Brown graduated from Michigan State University with a
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in
Mathematics. Mr. Brown also holds a Masters Degree in Nuclear
Engineering Design from the U.S. Navy's nuclear design facility
in Schenectady, NY.

Tyler Cobbett, Vice President, Business Development
Mr. Cobbett has held sales and marketing positions with technology leaders such as IBM, SAP America, American Software,
Allegis Corporation and Syntax Systems. Most recently, Cobbett was Vice President Sales (North America and EMEA) for JustSystems
Inc., a company that builds software systems to leverage XML data. Prior to JustSystems, Cobbett acted as Regional Vice
President responsible for Western US and Canadian sales at Instill Corporation, which provides demand chain analytics to companies
in the foodservice industry.
Mr. Cobbett received his Bachelor’s Degree in Administrative and Commercial Studies from the University of Western Ontario
in London, Canada. Mr. Cobbett graduated from IBM’s Sales School and earned R/3 Implementation Consultant certification
from SAP’s Partner Academy.

Hugh O'Boyle, Corporate Counsel
Mr. O'Boyle has served as a senior legal counsel at numerous
companies, including Wells Fargo Bank, Pacific Stock Exchange,
Homegain.com, Downey Savings, Four Star Financial Services and
Mortgage Service America. He also served as a Branch Chief at
the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
